Our team will assist you with the flying dresses to create elegant, flowing photos. No experience is needed — we guide you with natural and flattering poses throughout the session. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We are delighted to help you create unforgettable memories in Santorini. Please read our booking policy carefully before making a reservation. Booking & Payment A deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package selected. Any applicable deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the photoshoot in cash or by card at our studio. Bookings are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been successfully received. Scheduling When making your reservation, you will be able to select your preferred available date and time directly through our booking system. Once your booking is completed and any required deposit is paid, your session is automatically confirmed. No further confirmation from our team is required. You will immediately receive a booking confirmation email containing all session details. Please ensure that the date and time selected during booking are suitable for your travel schedule, as availability is limited and sessions are reserved specifically for you. Session Details Each package includes the services and deliverables specified in its description. Photo selection galleries are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after the session. Final edited photos are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after the client has selected their favorite images. Additional photos, wardrobe rentals, hairstyling, fast delivery, and other optional services may be added at an extra cost. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session, or failure to attend the session without notice, will result in the loss of any deposit paid and may not be eligible for rescheduling. Weather Policy Santorini weather conditions are generally favorable; however, in cases of severe weather or other circumstances that may affect the quality or safety of the session, we reserve the right to reschedule. If rescheduling during your stay is not possible, we will offer an alternative solution whenever feasible.
